Stoli’s launch in Northern Ireland was tantalising and bold.
Four 2 metre tall monolithic blocks of ice, each containing 16 bottles of vodka, were left to melt outside 4 of the busiest bars in Belfast.
To prevent them being kidnapped we gave each sculpture its own overnight security detail. The bottles were released over a 5 day period as the ice slowly turned to water. Those lucky enough to wrestle one free were rewarded with a bottle of Stoli at precisely the right serving temperature of 3ºC.
The hugely successful brand awareness campaign was widely reported by the local press and achieved significant social media penetration.
